Conclusus (2019-2022)
Wie wilde Tiere durch Zufall vor die Kamera gelaufen sind, sonst durch den Schatten der Nacht geschützt. Der starke Blitz, die Optik einer Jagdkamera. Die Menschen sind in der Dunkelheit wie majestätische, freie Wesen, vor denen man aus Ehrfurcht und Fremdheit froh ist, sie aus der Ferne zu betrachten. Man will den Wolf sehen, aber man möchte nicht vor ihm stehen. Für das Projekt habe ich Personen fotografiert, die in der Gesellschaft nicht frei sind. Auch wenn man ihre Freiheit aus der Ferne gerne betrachtet, haben viele doch Angst davor, sie auf Augenhöhe plötzlich vor sich zu haben und plötzlich sind sie zu nah.
Conclusus (2019-2022)
How wild animals have run in front of the camera by chance, otherwise protected by the shadows of the night. The powerful flash, the optics of a hunting camera. The people are like majestic, free beings in the darkness, before whom one is glad to look from a distance out of awe and strangeness. You want to see the wolf, but you don't want to stand in front of it. For the project I photographed people who are not free in society.
